Portrait of a Leader 

This course is designed to help leaders develop a mature, Christ-centered life by integrating

scriptural study with practical insights and applying these biblical principles to their leadership.

Students will explore the seven metaphors used by Apostle Paul in II Timothy 2 to characterize

a well-rounded Christian leader, which will deepen their understanding of the biblical leadership

model.

By learning how to evaluate their leadership effectiveness, students will explore the impact of

managing stress, making prayerful decisions, building cohesive teams, fostering a vibrant

organizational culture, and positively influencing others from a scriptural position of leadership.

They will learn to confront personal challenges, balance their personal and professional lives,

embrace change, and discover freedom and joy during times of transition.
