Cultivating Kingdom Culture - RELG 5033
This course extensively examines the DNA and culture of the kingdom of God. By comparing
and contrasting “kingdom culture” with modern-day “church culture”, we can see where we have
strayed from the biblical pattern and gone into error. Students will be challenged to break free
from traditional religious mindsets and build their lives on the firm foundation of Christ.
Israel, the Middle East, and the Eternal Story
The goal of this course is to open our eyes to God's eternal storyline specifically as it relates to
Israel and the Middle East. Often a huge missing piece in our Western Christianity, learning to
unfold the Word in this way will help us understand where we currently find ourselves in that
story, how we are called to live in light of it, and how we rightly partner with Him, His heart, and
His story in the place of prayer.
